Automation Specialist

Full Time, Contract

We are looking for an Automation Specialist to join our team! As an automation specialist, you will be responsible for designing and testing systems to improve our clients' sales operations. Because this role is client-facing, it requires strong technical skills, organizational skills, and communication skills to be successful. Two years of experience within a sales environment is required, along with expertise in integrating with one (or many) CRMs such as, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc

About You

Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in designing automation within a sales environment

  • Prior experience with a sales CRM is required
  • Expert proficiency in Zapier,, or a programming language
  • Strong understanding of data architecture as it pertains to mapping automation
  • All of our hires are “personality hires”, and we hope you are one, too.

A Normal Day In This Role

  • Facilitate client calls to determine project objectives
  • Debrief with the leadership team on strategy, and design the game plan for necessary automation
  • Present complex solutions to clients in easy-to-understand formats when needed
  • Attend daily team sprints to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Create automation solutions for clients inside of Zapier or, and test rigorously
  • Monitor client CRM accounts for system failures and opportunities - Develop innovative strategies to optimize current and future automation
